While earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, Paloma developed a diverse skill set through experience in research, operations, and client relations. Her ability to manage complex workflows, communicate effectively, and stay ahead of deadlines allows her to contribute meaningfully to both the client experience and internal efficiency.

With a background in psychology and a strong foundation in client services, Paloma supports the firm’s operations by managing case files, particularly, she assists with identifying and gathering documents and information to present our clients’ damages model. This includes having a thorough understanding of our clients’ injuries and medical treatment.
