Samantha utilizes her business acumen and draws from her experience in academic administration to lead the firm’s Practice and Talent Operations. Upon earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, she became a Spanish AP teacher and ultimately an assistant principal. In those roles, she cultivated strong organizational and communication skills, which she uses to constantly improve our services and streamline internal operations.

After serving in the education sector for six years, Samantha transitioned to entrepreneurship and managed a construction firm for a couple of years. There, she honed her expertise in leadership, work-safety, and strategic planning. Samantha’s diverse experiences help the firm enhance case management and elevate our client services by providing personalized attention, proactive problem-solving, and transparent communication.
